You may direct bank in / online transfer the total order amount to us.

Can I request for a different finishing or printing process for my orders?
Yes. Kindly contact us at sifuprinting@gmail.com or call us at
06-601 7174 or 017-6011 357 to request new quotation base on your inquiries. We will try our best to assist you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
NO. Customers need to double check final artwork before email us your artwork for order.
Do you offer artwork design services?
YES.

Name card = RM30

Does SIFU Printing provide artwork color proof checking services before printing?
No. You have to confirm the final artwork before printing.
What file format should I use to save my artwork?
For all our products, we accept the artwork in:
Adobe Illustrator CS3 (AI)
Adobe Photoshop CS3 (PSD)
Jpeg (in actual size)
Does SIFU Printing guarantee on time delivery of my goods?
While we are committed to the timely delivery of goods to our customer,
we cannot guarantee you 100% punctuality due to factors such as weather,
emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service.
Will the color of my printed product match 100% to the original color of my artwork?
NO. It is a known fact within the printing industry that 100% process
color accuracy is not presently possible with the current print
technology.
Therefore, even if a printing company were to employ highly experienced personnel including the latest press technology,
the outcome of color of the printed product will always differ from the original artwork.
The level of difference however is subject from printing company to
printing company. Normally the outcome color range is different within
10% -20%.
1. Cannot be held liable for any consequences in the event an artwork
error goes undetected. such as errors that listed as below:-
missing font
missing linked file
CMYK over 250%
RGB color / Pantone color
image less than 300dpi
line less than 0.25pts
font less than 8pts
less than 10% different for toning effect
2. SIFU Printing cannot be held liable for color variations between jobs
printed in different batches at different ordering periods, and object
missing due to overprint setting.
